The CFL group has been established by UltraFacility stakeholders in response to the need to tackle common industry challenges in a dedicated closed environment.

The Corporate Facility Leaders group unites experts from seven leading semiconductor manufacturers who are laser-focused on advancing solutions for facilities. Driven by a Steering Committee of Facilities Executives, each CFL task force addresses challenges in their discipline of expertise. CFL members include:
