The Technical Knowledge Base offers over 700 in-depth resources across a multitude of topics across semiconductor facilities.
Resources range from recordings of past webinars and past conference presentations to technical journals, all of which you filter by topic, type and year of publication.
To access the conference presentations and the session recordings, you must first log in to your UltraFacility account.
Within the technical knowledge base, you can search for a conference resource based on author, company or by keywords. You can also find the relevant resource by selecting the filters “Conference” and by year for the conference year that you are looking for.

If you are having difficulty finding a specific resource, please contact us via the chat feature or email us at customersuccess@globalwaterintel.com.
You may not be able to see a certain conference resource because you did not attend that conference, or you do not have an UltraFacility membership.

The Ecosystem maps the microelectronics facilities supply chain from companies to its people.
To find either a specific company or person, you can use the search bar found within the ecosystem. Here you can search based on company name, job role, services, tools and equipment.
By having a partner membership, you gain the opportunity to also become a leader or owner. This position enhances your company’s visibility on the Portal’s ecosystem to our members.
You can submit an insight proposal through this form here
Acceptance of your article is subject to:
- 500-1200 words
- Being related to a key challenge or trend in the semiconductor industry
- Any images included must be cited
- Any figures included must have captions
Any insight proposal that is commercial or has excessive promotional material will not be accepted.
Account

To edit your personal profile, click on the icon in the top right corner when you are logged in and click “Edit profile”.
Here you can change your name, the company you work for, your job role, bio, and even your profile visibility on our ecosystem.
If you are the account holder, you are able to change both the logo and description of your company profile.
If you have a partner level membership, you are able to add a company logo for extra brand visibility on our ecosystem.

Membership

To become an UltraFacility Portal member, you can either click “Join” on the homepage or alternatively find membership information here.
There are 4 types of membership available:
- A basic membership for up to 5 users
- A corporate membership for an unlimited number of users
- A partner membership for an unlimited number of members, extra brand visibility (if you also become a leader or owner), and promotion of company materials on our site.
To manage your membership, click on the icon in the top right corner and click “Manage your membership”.
Here you can submit a request to change your membership, whether that be upgrading your membership, adding or removing users, or renewing your membership. Once submitted, one of our team will get in contact with you shortly.
Events & Webinars

To register and attend an upcoming webinar, you must first log in to your UltraFacility account. Once logged in, you may be required to enter further details about yourself in order to attend the event.

You may not be able to register for one of our webinars because you have reached the maximum number of free events allowed. To attend more of our events, please consider an UltraFacility membership, details of which you can find here.

Industry Initiatives

UPM University starts with a foundational course in ultrapure water systems engineering, led by industry experts, that covers essential water engineering principles, best practices for system management, and leading-edge solutions in the semiconductor industry.
UPM University is a training course which is separate from the standard UltraFacility Portal subscription. However, those who register for UPM University do gain access to the UltraFacility Portal for the duration of their course.

CFL is the Corporate Facilities Leaders (CFL) group is a collaborative forum for semiconductor facility leaders to tackle common industry challenges in a dedicated closed environment.
To be eligible as a CFL member, you must be a semiconductor end-user company.
