The semiconductor industry is facing a challenge of rapid growth while also having to adapt to meet corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and increasingly stringent quality needs to enable future device technology. At the same time, supply chain issues and tightening budgets have added difficulty to an already extensive procurement process for water technologies. To enable solutions to these challenges and to unlock “Facility 2.0,” a different approach is needed.
