This presentation aims to serve as a dialogue for engineers developing their own fluoride management strategy. It considers the collection and sources of the waste, pre-treatment as an option for reclaim, treatment for permit limits, and disposal of any solids waste, as well as opportunities for optimization. Additionally, the presentation discuses the challenges of operating a fluoride management system including hazards and scaling issues.
