Established 1999, Gaopin (Beijing) Technology provides ultrapure water treatment and water recycling systems to semiconductor manufacturers, offering all aspects of UPW preparation, storage, distribution, collection, treatment and reuse. It is one of a very few Chinese companies who provide complete UPW systems for the semiconductor industry, and the first one to supply UPW for 12-inch 14nm chip manufacturing plants. The company has previously completed projects for Texas Instruments and SMIC, among other advanced semiconductor manufacturers.

Gaopin (Beijing) Technology's ultrapure water treatment systems include multi-media filtration, activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange, reverse osmosis membranes, ultraviolet treatment, electrodialysis, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and degassing processes.

The company's reuse systems include membrane technologies, electrodeionization, and filtration, producing process recovery rates of over 75%. It also provides full-cycle operations and maintenance services.

Independent subsidiary brand GOALPURE focuses on research and development to optimize chemicals and process equipment for ultrapure water and water recycling processes.

Additional wholly owned subsidiaries include Gaopin Metro Electromechanical Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., which was created to develop hook-up services and Hefei Timing Semiconductor Co., Ltd. specializing in waste gas treatment engineering integrating R&D, design, and manufacturing.
